This Privacy Policy explains how Adgent, a service operated by Futuready Labs ("Adgent", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website and our marketing-intelligence service. A core part of Adgent is connecting, with your authorization, to your advertising and analytics platforms — including Meta, Google, TikTok, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, and Google Search Console — to read reporting data and, only on your explicit approval, carry out changes you ask us to make.
Adgent is an AI marketing-intelligence service for performance marketers. It reads the advertising and analytics accounts you connect, tells you what is working and what is not, answers your questions, and — when you approve it — applies changes back to those accounts.
This policy covers the Adgent website and the Adgent application. It applies to two broad groups of information: (1) information about you as a user or prospective user of Adgent, and (2) the data we access from the platforms you connect on your behalf. It does not govern the platforms themselves — your use of Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, and related services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
When you connect a platform, we receive and store authorization tokens (for example, OAuth access and refresh tokens) that let Adgent access that account on your behalf. We never ask for, collect, or store your platform passwords.
With your authorization, Adgent accesses data from the platforms you connect. The data we read depends on which platforms you connect and the permissions you grant, and may include:
We request only the access needed to provide the features you use. We do not request access to data we do not need, and we do not "future-proof" by requesting access to data for features that do not yet exist.
Read-only by default. Adgent operates in read-only mode unless you grant execution access, and even then no change is made to your accounts until you explicitly approve it. You remain in control of every change.
We use information solely to provide, secure, and improve the user-facing features of Adgent. Specifically, we use it to:
Our use of data accessed through platform APIs is limited to the practices described in this policy. If we ever want to use that data in a new way, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before doing so.
We hold ourselves to strict limits on what we do with the data we access on your behalf. We do not:
Adgent uses AI to analyze and reason over your data in order to deliver the service back to you. Data is processed transiently to generate your briefs, answers, and reports; it is not used to train foundation models or models for the benefit of any other customer.
Adgent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service you sign up for); legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the service, where not overridden by your rights); consent (for example, when you authorize a platform connection or opt in to non-essential cookies); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law). You may withdraw consent at any time.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate legal, security, and operational purposes. Connected Platform Data is retained while your connection is active and your account is open, and is deleted (or de-identified) when it is no longer necessary to provide the service, when you disconnect a platform, or when you delete your account — subject to limited retention required by law. You can request deletion at any time as described below.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. We give every user an easily accessible way to exercise these rights:
We will not charge you to exercise these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. If you are in the EEA or UK and have an unresolved concern, you may contact your local data protection authority.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls and least-privilege practices, protection of access tokens and application secrets, and monitoring. We provide a clearly marked way to report security concerns, and we begin remediation and notify affected parties as required by law if an incident occurs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continually improve our safeguards.
We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
Adgent is a business tool intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Adgent's use of information received from Google APIs (including Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console) adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
Data accessed through Meta's APIs is processed in accordance with this policy and with applicable Meta terms and developer policies. You can ask us to delete data accessed via Meta at any time using the contact details below, and you may revoke Adgent's access from your Meta account settings.
When you connect TikTok, Adgent uses TikTok's developer tools to read advertising and reporting data and, where authorized, to carry out the changes you approve. Your use of TikTok remains governed by the TikTok Developer Terms and the applicable TikTok Privacy Policy. You can disconnect TikTok at any time to stop further access.
Where you connect Shopify, Adgent reads store reporting data (such as revenue and order metrics) to give your advertising performance commercial context. We do not access more than is needed for that purpose.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. If a change affects how we use data accessed through platform APIs, we will obtain your consent before applying the change to that data. Your continued use of Adgent after an update means you accept the revised policy.
